Shipping & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Roxi Candle. We understand sometime things happen. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will  provide you with instructions.
 

Please note that returned products must be unused, undamaged, unaltered and in their original packaging.

It is upon you to ensure the item in properly packed to avoid damage in transit. Please package your item with care. Roxi Candle will not be liable for items damaged as a result of improper packaging.

Once received your return will be processed. You will be notified within 72 hours if your return is accepted and if so a refund will be issued. Returns should be mailed to: 11904 E 9th Ave, Spokane WA. 99206. Unauthorized returns will not receive a refund. Please notify us by email about any concerns with your purchase before returning your item. We will be happy to work with you.
